“Why won’t they listen to me?” is a question that a lot of people tend to silently ask themselves. Information and communication are often used interchangeably even when they are two completely different things. We often try to give as many facts about our cause as possible in hopes of convincing people to agree with us. We need to remember that information is giving facts, but communication is getting through. In this workshop you will learn how to get your listener to connect with you as well as learn how to use information effectively.
